    How does my workout look?

    M-----chest
    T-----back
    W-----bi & tri
    TH----shoulders & traps
    FRI----chest
    SAT---legs
    SUN---off

    I do chest twice a week because i want to have a really good defined chest

    no go ur doin tris then shoulders then chest giving no rest for ur tris for 3 days and shoulders for 2... maybe try

    m-cehst, tris
    t- back
    w-legs
    t-bi's
    f-off
    s chest shoulders
    s off

    or
    chest
    back
    legs
    arms
    off
    chest shoulders
    off

    u can work cehst out once a week and get a gooe work out... when u do tris do either close grip bench, or reverse grip... itll get a pump going in them

    I wouldn't do anymore then 2 day on 1 day off.

    Chest/tris
    Back/bis
    off
    Legs
    Shoulders/traps
    Off
    Chest/tris
    back/bis ect ect ect

    This is what I do and I love it, give it a shot.

    Also, check this link out and look at each parts workout. Make sure you're workouts are complete, intense and on point and you won't be let down.

    If i was to to a 4 days (which i think is the best) i'll do this:

    1. Delts and Legs
    2. Back
    3. rest
    4. chest
    5. arms
    6 and 7 rest.

    or

    1. chest and tris
    2. back and bis
    3. rest
    4. legs
    5. delts.
    6 and 7 rest.
    * you can switch day 4 and 5 if you like it better.

    id like to know what your routine is for chest. or your whole workout if you can be so inclined.

    pek dek 4 sets
    bb o db incline presses 3 sets
    less inclined press 3 sets bb or db

    back
    pullups 4 sets
    v rows 3 sets
    bb rows 3 sets

    delts
    lat raises 3 sets
    rear stuff 3 sets
    bb or db shoulder press 4 sets

    bis
    2 sets cable curls
    3 sets curl scott
    3 sets of bb or db curls

    tris
    2 reverse grip pushdowns
    3 regular pushdows or frech press
    3 dips or close grip presses.
