Ive tried this a few times over the years. I'd be lying if i said it did anything noticeable for me. Everyone is diff i suppose....that's my $.02....

If anything I use it once every month or two just to say I did something different.

I do.
I use it for preexhausting and warming up and i feel more the basic excercise.

you know the answer to this hammish its all about variety and shocking the body. changing up your routines every couple months will give you the best results and as a plus, keep you from getting bored.
to answer your question, I havent tried it. I personally just change up my routines and like to have all my strength for the compound movements. maybe i will one of these days.

I've been doing it for biceps(concentration curls) and legs(leg ext.)....I love it...great for shock to the muscles.
