How do you change your workout during season?
Hey guys footy season is approaching and pre season is underway. How do you guys alter your workout once the season starts? Cos of course dont wanna be sore on game day (Saturday) and we train tues thurs. Do you train with elss intesity earlier in the week or how do you guys do it?
