    Will this limit my results??? Please help!

    I wanted to know if the time of day I work out will limit my gains/results.
    I'm currently cutting, and I can only workout out after work or school, around 9 pm. I finish my workout and cardio, drink my pwo shake & banana and go home. I go to bed soon after I go home because I have to wake up early the next day.

    I like to drink a casein protien shake before I go to bed, but since I don't eat any real food after my workout, will it affect my results? Does working out before bed limit my results?

    If you were trying to put on mass I believe it would definitely hinder your gains. I'm not sure about on the cutting side...I wouldn't think it would effect it too much perhaps just a little...

    cutting u should be ok, works for me, slow releasing protein during night v good for recovery!
