    Sore chest every week.

    I was wondering if anyone else has this problem, or maybe it ain't a problem. Every week when I exercise my chest, it is sore the next day. This is not the case with any other parts of my body. Whats the deal here? Good, bad what?

    You should be sore sometimes if you do a good workout. Try more intense workouts for your other muscle groups.

    My chest is sore everytime, but my bench press is not really going up very good.

    Dood its goood to be sore. Just as long as you're chest not sore b4 u workout chest ur good. Protein/glutamine right after should help with repair.

    ...in fact, if my chest isn't sore 2 days following my workout then I know something's wrong. trust me, it's a good thing. Although for some reason, it's near impossible for my delts to get sore even after super-intense workouts...

    I am exactly the same. My shoulders are my strongest and most developed bodypart, and yet, they are NEVER sore. I only remember a handful of times when they were.

    10 years of training and my chest gets sore every time.
