arm size,what is small?

hard to say, in my opinion other stats would have to be factored in. height makes a huge difference among other things. 18" arms might look massive on someone who is 5'6", but not so big on someone who is 6'4", etc.

Agreed, i know guys with arms smaller than me yet because their short they look bigger....

really things like this are subjective. for my height I feel my arms are small. I know guys a lot smaller than me who think they are huge. I guess it depends on your point of view.

When you have bigorexia everything seems too small, I'm 6'1 and mine are just closing in on 20" but I could use another 2" or 3"

I'm at 5'11 with 17inch arms and when i look in the mirror they look tiny. But my buds i workout with call me lumberjack because of how "big" they say my arms are. 15 and a half doesn't sound to bad to me bro.

Yeah there looking good fitguy, triceps are very good, the key to big arms imo is working the tricep...

Im running test e 500mg ew, tren e 500mg ew, I do arms once every two weeks and it goes like this. Weighted dips 4x10, close grip bp 4x10, seated dips weighted 4x10, cable pull downs 4x20. I sometimes but its rare, do a few curls for biceps...

I'm 5'9 with 18.5" arms and I feel they are TINY compared to my upper body...guess thats what I get for walking around with a 52" chest.

how much do u weigh fitguy? theres definitely room for bulk, i wouldnt say they are big for your size, they look about average.

i am about 180lbs and i never thought they are big but i believe i have some nice gun but there is still plenty of growth ahead but naturally,i really doubt
