If it is very painful than go to the doctor and stop training it. My shoulder joint gave me some problems a few months ago but it wasn't hurting me, I took glucosamine for 6 weeks and it feels a lot better now.

May be rotator cuff or labrum. See a doctor. Dont hurt it more. Trust me its worth it

    arthritis? hmmm....

did they just "look" at it or did you get an actual MRI or x-ray?

i hope you've stopped doing behind the neck presses too..

Sorry to hear that man. They give you any prescriptions? Only thing I can think of to do is to use pain relievers and some muscle cream before your workouts. Best advice may be to take a month off from any exercise that involves your shoulder or causes your shoulder pain and just let it rest and heal. Hope it gets better!

I have a similar pain and they diagnosed it as bicipital tendonitis and bursitis. I take 800 mg Ibuprofen when it hurts, do my physical therapy exercises, ice/heat massage, and don't lift as much weight. It seems to be getting better for me.
