    2 Week Cardio Cram! Help!

    Im getting married in 2 weeks and my weight routines have been great for the last 8 weeks! But Ive only been doing hard cardio for maybe 2 weeks and realize im not yet where I had hoped to be...

    I have upped the Cardio to 45 - 60 min every morning.

    My diet is good with about 6-7 meals a day lots protien and about 150 to 200 g's of carbs from oats and brown rice, Right now im about 185lbs 5'10" maybe 11-12% bf


    What is the MAX amount I can expect to loose or should aim to loose without sacrificing all of my hard earned muscle?


    Is it unrealistic to think I can get to 8 - 9% in 2 weeks?

    on average the most the pure fat you can lose in a week is around 2lbs, you could try doing 40minutes of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning and then 45min of cardio after weight training every day, that will give you a boost in the fat loss department

    4 days now of upping to 45 - 1 hour every morning on an empty stomach and its kick started the fat lose once again!

    If I keep this pace Im thinking I will be able to make 3% loss in bf...

    Now my only worry is that im making Muscle % loss as well... Hum...

    ^^^agreed

    I wouldn't go much past 45 minutes in each session if you are worried about losing muscle

    At 185 and 12% you will need to drop 6 lbs of fat and not lose any lean to hit 9%.
