Low intensity Cardio, does it really burn fat?
25 yeard old
203lbs
12% BF
3 years at the gym
on 5th cycle
Ok, brand new to trying to cut up and get lean, I was a real skinny guy, so I have only ever bulked up and now I wanna get a little leaner.
I did 15 minutes on the tredmill, max incline (15), 3.0mph and I barley broke a sweat.
I then did a low intensity workout on the olyptical, trying to keep my heart rate at 130 and I could have did that for half a day.
Im doing 45 mins of cardio in the morning, low intensity and 30mins at night after I workout, low intensity.
Am I actually burning fat, it sure doesnt feel it, but then again, first time I am trying to cut, so im just trying to learn as much as I can.
Any thoughts guys?

To answer your question, yes. Cardio does not need to be hard to be effective.
