Close Grip Bench Press vs. Reverse Grip

What do you guys think is a better tri pump? I just started doing RG on the smith and I think I get more out of it than CG.

I feel reverse grip to much in my front delts. Close grip going down to my throat works the best for me.

I never was a fan of reverse grip....i do it once in awhile just to switch things up....CG i can feel really good as long as i keep my elbows in and put my mind into the tricep.

If I lock out on them it hurts my elbows as well. I also prefer them on the Smith cause I can bring the bar down to the upper ab area as opposed to the chest, seems to hit the muscle more direct that way.

i feel close grip work more, as long as the bar is above nipples. never done reverse so don't have an opinion on them.
