I know that you can't "focus" on specific areas to lose fat on, but was wondering if there is anything I can do to help tighten those areas. I weighed 245 frosh year of highschool and am now at roughly 177 as a frosh in college.

After dropping all the weight though I noticed I have a few problem areas. It's strange because I have wide hips and it's to the point where there kind of bony and stick out, but I still retained all the fat in my lower back like right above my ass and a belly pouch.

My pecs were also kind of deformed from my former "moobs". The top look fine, but the bottom/kind of outside part look strange. I feel like if I focus on my lower chest more it could rectify the situation.

Anyone have any tips?
