    Doggcrap Training

I have had very good success with Dante Trudel's Doggcrap (or Doggpound) training system, and have been using it without gear so far. I am thinking of getting some gear and seeing what kind of gains I could make with it, because the system has been so effective without it.

Has anyone else used this system? What are your thoughts on it? You may want to give it a shot if you have plateaued somewhere in your training. Just Google it, you'll find it

doggcrap training - bad name jmo...

some dude: hey what program are you on?

    me: dog crap

third guy: (listening in from afar) his thoughts "the big dude is eating dog crap for training?" ...."i have a dog... and he craps a lot?"

some dude: what do you mean dog crap training?

    me : just google it

third guy: ... he goes home and eats dog sh*t

funny thing "third guy" actually starts making gains... if your going to eat dog poop to get bigger wouldnt you become more dedicated too...

    just my opinion

ive been interested in incorporating it into my workouts.. Did you do nothing but DC training? I was just gonna throw 1 DC method into each one of my workouts.. from your experiences, rearbandit, do you think it would work well?

I had good gains going strictly with the DC method. I used it exclusively and put on about 20 pounds over a couple months completely naturally. Granted my diet was on point too. If I missed a meal or woke up at night to piss I would throw down some eggs and pancakes. I'm tall and skinny too so I think i grow easier than some. It's a good system if done right

It certainly works best on the large compound movements for the large body parts. Legs, back, chest. It still works for biceps, tris, calves, etc, but I have had the most success with the big movements. The powerlifts is where you'll really notice a difference.
