PWO Cardio - Shake Before or Not?

I've taken on some new responsibilities at work so my time to do cardio is now more limited. As such, I will be doing around 30 minutes of low intensity running after lifting a couple of times a week.

My question: should I drink my PWO shake immediately after lifting but before my cardio (I have done this before and have no problems with stomaching it), or should I wait until after my cardio is complete?

My thoughts are that if I wait, the cardio session will burn more fat because my glycogen stores will already be depleted from the weight session. Of course the concern is that I'll burn some muscle instead of fat.

    Thoughts?

I always think about this, I don't know which would be better. Always feel like i'll miss the "window" or burn muscle. If you can hit it in the am that would be best, i'm guessing that's not an option?
