another cardio questine...
what is good cardio that I can do to slim down my waist line but not lose leg size and strength...my diet is in the works...but I want to do more cardio without losing leg size and strength...

What are your stats?

Any cardio that allows you to stay at your desired heart rate, for a reasonable amount of time.
Swimming, bike, treadmill, jump rope, whatever you want.
