Sick Video and alternate grip question

ummm ouch. I've heard it tossed around that this can be the result of using alternating grip. Since thats what i use i'm a little worried. i've always done an alternating grip on heavy deadlifts and used double overhand only for straight leg deadlifts. Comments or exp?

ouch.I always did an over under grip but can't dead now cause my back goes out about once a year on deads, so I don't risk it anymore.

Ohh sh*t, the whole head went.

I have tried the over and under grip once, it did not feel right for me then so i never did it again, have never heard that it might be the cause of this, i just don't do things that don't feel right

i do it only if i dont have wrist wraps. the alternating grip is supposed to prevent the bar from rolling out of your hands....
