    Help with leg workout...

    I have been doing the same leg workout and I'm looking for some new ideas for a diff. routine. I usually do one warm-up and 4 sets 6-10reps. Should I start heavy and lighten the weight or other way around? Just trying to get new ideas.

    Umm wut is your current workout for legs look like? We can't help you do something different if we do not know what you are presently doing..
