Yeah dude, you need to see a doctor ASAP if that keeps up. Is it swelling or turning any kind of colors? Has the pain intensified? It may just be a pinched nerve or something, but with the pop sound and all, you need to see a doctor, or at least an athletic trainer.

What kind of movements make it hurt? Did you feel anything pop when you heard it? Is it a constant pain or does it become sharp with certain movements? If so what kind of movements?

Doesn't sound like a break, but your probably going to need a significant amount of time off. Have you been lifting still?

yea i have.. but if i go to heavy on certain lifts it hurts to bad.. so i've been going kinda medium weight and doing more reps and sets instead..incline presses, and military press are virtually impossible at even 50 percent max weight on lifts..i've been doing serious reps instead. I know i should just leave it alone and let it heal, but i hate wasting a day in the gym.
