Another Quad routine
Make sure you eat your morning wheaties...
3 sets Leg Extensions ( real slow and controled for 10-12 then kicked out 6 more fast reps)
14 sets hack squats ( pyramid weight up for 4 sets, then drop back down for 4 more sets and pyramid back up for 4 more sets, then do a heavy 3-4 rep set and for your final do a 20 rep set)
3 sets Leg Extensions 10-12 reps each set really hold the peak contraction

OOf, Leg day on Friday I'll give er a shot.
Hack squats kill me LOL add extensions after that and I'm gonna be one walking leg cramp come Saturday.

Quad routines that don't involve free weight squats? Am i missing something? Personally never done legs without squats. Is this just for a "change it" kind of thing?

Gotcha, just wasn't a lot of info on how this was to be used in the original post......which kinda makes it hard to use at all. Doesn't say how to tie it into a complete workout, if it actually is a complete workout, or how to use as part of a weekly routine or what kind of specific results this is supposed to give you.
Sorry, not trying to flame, but just posting up 3 exercises together with no other info....meh.

O.. ya its just a switch up to throw in quads every once in awhile for a change up. Ill usually hit hams on a different day... feel free to try it and see if you can squeeze in hams after it
