Cant Find An Arm Routine
Okay, there was a thread way back when.
And it had this arm routine. I think it said it would make your arms grow 2 inches. The OP said that was untrue, but he did it with great results. I once did it with great results too. And now I can't find it!!
I believe the routine was from a website, maybe even a magazine, but wasn't typed out by the OP. And if I remember right, the OP is a guy who doesn't post here anymore, or much....but was well respected by other members.
lol...help. Everyone, search out for it!

Was it the one where you do tri and bi exercises like every hour for most of a day? I remember seeing it somewhere... I think men's health is right

That looks pretty interesting. Not at all what I thought you were talking about. There was something (I thought it was in men's health) about training your arms every hour for a full day or something and it was supossed to make them grow an inch or something.
I'm glad that's not what it was because I think the one I'm talking about is crap. Might have to give the one you found a shot though.

lol, jfew... I remember that one that you are talking about...
bigsexy, that sounds pretty crazy...kinda outside the box type of training on them with the rest and all, but it looks interesting. I think I would have to tone down some of the other groups a little... especially doing back,shoulders, and arms in one day...woe, that would pretty crazy. let us know how it goes though....
