Need help with a MASS/SIZE workout Rotuine
Hey could any experienced bodybuilder or anyone who know what there doing at the gym help me out with a workout routine? ive been working out for about 5-6 months now and ive gained a good amount of weight but i wanna put on more size. i know to do that you need to do low reps and high weight but could someone type me up a full body workout list that i could follow that will help me put on size? i know what im doing at the gym, like correct form and everything and i do the correct exercises but i would like a routine to follow. any and much help is very appreciated. i just wanna put on size and mass.
im positive i have an ECTOMORPH body type. because ive been skinny my whole life, i have a fast metabolism and its hard for me to gain weight. if i put on mass would i look cut since im skinny? if not its fine, i still just wanna put on mass/size.
Please help me out!

Workout alone will not and never give the mass that you want! it's a combination of good diet, good training and sufficient rest. Now for your question my advice is do compound exercises don't overkill one body part a day is enough.

Ok! For me I do 3 to 4 exercises each body part.
4 sets 12-10-8-6 reps
day1-chest/abs
day2-back
day3-shoulders/abs
day4-arms
day5-legs/abs
day6 and day7-cardio 30mins
Mostly compound exercises.

Diet diet diet! Far more important than any particular training regimen or routine. If your diet is good, you can go to the gym and do nothing by deads, squats, and bench, and you will get bigger.
Make sure you eat every three hours or so. Find your BMR and how many calories you need to gain weight. 2g's of protein for every lb of bodyweight. I would even suggest waking up in the night and drinking a protein shake to avoid your body going catabolic. You wanna be an anabolic blast furnace to get BIG!
As far as a training regimen, check out DC training by Dante Trudel. It's a good system. There are plenty of good training routines out there.

forget the m&f routines.
push
legs
off
pull
off
(insert additional rest day where/if needed)
repeat.
and never underestimate the importance of a spotter.

Couldn't agree more. If you wanna look like a fitness model, go with the M&F routines. If you wanna get BIG, lift heavy weights and eat everything with a lot of protein. Also never underestimate the importance of rest. You don't get BIG in the gym, you get BIG in the kitchen and while you're asleep
