How does this workout routine look?
Im a 23 yr old female, 5'5, 120lbs 23%bf. my workout is:
monday - chest & tricep, 30min cardio
tuesday - legs and abs, 30min cardio
wednesday - back and bicep, 30 min cardio
thursday - shoulders, legs & abs, 30min cardio
friday - upper & lower body super setting for 45min, 30 min cardio
saturday - cardio & abs
sunday - OFF
GOALS: lose my baby fat and get a toned body with a flat stomach. Im on a strict diet which i took off www.bodyforlife.com. I just want your opinions if this workout seems legit to reach my goals......Thanks

Not a big fan of 3 leg workouts in 4 days, thats a tad much even if your intensity is low to medium. Maybe you could post the diet when you have time as well.

Drop the legs on Thursday and you are good to go.
