after tips on getting dumbells up

Has anyone got any tips on getting dumbells up when doing a incline dumbell press. I know I can press the weight out because if I have them handed to me I can do them. But if I dont get them handed and try and rock back to get them up I cant get them up. Anyone got any tips?

It is much much easier to get the DBs up on the incline compared to the shouler press...whole different game.
