Okay so im joining a new boxing gym but also want to still do two days in the gym. So i thought if 2 days aweek i just do my whole body and the other 3 days do my boxing.

My new boxing gym is open 5 days aweek so theres no probs there, now how shall i do it? should i maybe go to the gym on a monday and friday and boxing tue-thur? I am heavy on myself in the gym and cant lift my arms propley after. But im sure i can survive 5 days of punishment surley?

I eat well with 6-9 meals aday depending how busy i am at work

Im 5'9
9.3 stone in weight
training around a year
not sure what else needs to be said?

I wont do nothing on weekends and all i do at work is serve customers (manager of a carpet shop)

So what do you guys think, to much or will i be fine? I prursume i'll be fine but just be sore on the weekend.
