    my bulking workout

    Ok im skinny as shit but i have been lifting for a couple years now... Im afraid im doing to much lifting and its hurting me when it comes to gaining size... i already know lift heavier at lower reps i just wanted to see what you guys think about this new workout plan im making..
    Day 1 Bi's/Tri's
    dumbell curls 3x8
    hammer curls 3x8
    reverse w-bar curls 3x6
    tripress 3x8
    skull crushers w-bar 3x8

    Day2 legs
    squats 3x8
    leg extentions 3x8
    leg curls 3x8
    standing calf raises 3x15

    Day 3 shoulders
    seated military press 3x6
    upright rows 3x8
    lateral raises 3x8

    day 4 RESTING DAY

    Day 5 Chest
    flat bench 2x8,2x6,2x3
    incline bench 2x6, 2x3
    pushups till fail

    day 6 back
    roman deadlift 3x8
    bentover rows 3x8
    seated cable pulldowns with wide bar 3x8
    (on Ground Pull cable towards you ?NAME?) 3x8

    Repeat while taking a break every 3 days

    yeh i need everyones opinions because my physique is alright, im looking for size so i dont really want to do a hardcore workout and burn vital calories to me gaining.

    Throw some Close Grips, Weighted Dips, Reverse Grips in there, rotate weekyl

    Day2 legs
    squats 3x8
    leg extentions 3x8
    leg curls 3x8
    standing calf raises 3x15
    Add another calf exersize, 4 sets for squats

    Day 3 shoulders
    seated military press 3x6
    upright rows 3x8
    lateral raises 3x8
    4 sets for militart press, maybe add some revese pec dec work, maybe some front DB raises

    day 4 RESTING DAY

    Day 5 Chest
    flat bench 2x8,2x6,2x3
    incline bench 2x6, 2x3
    pushups till fail

    4 sets for flat bench only, reps of 3 are not going to make you gain size, add some incline flies, flat flies.

    day 6 back
    roman deadlift 3x8
    bentover rows 3x8
    seated cable pulldowns with wide bar 3x8
    (on Ground Pull cable towards you ?NAME?) 3x8
    I don't see any good lat work here...lat pull downs, pull ups, etc/
    Repeat while taking a break every 3 days
    This should help some what.

    i do have lat pull downs, i didnt know what they were called so i called them cable pull downs with wide bar......i cant do weighted dips either... im working with a home gym... thankyou for your comments.. i agree adding a few sets on some of those routines

    If you're not growing with that routine, switch it up. I'll go heavy for a month (5-8 reps per set), then go lighter for a month (8-12 reps), keeping the intensity the same.

    im sorta training for a amateur wrestling match i got dragged into..... i was wrestling my buddy the other night and i destroyed him and put him a rear naked choke and now they are hyping it up for fight night 2....because he wants his re-match.. i am the deffinent underdog .... i have till memorial day.... one of my friends says keep strength training and one says go all out for stamina.....but i know my body and i think i got the stamina.... so im going for strength ... i got a 7lb bottle of celltech im bout to bust out for gains in strength.... This is important i do not embarass myself and prove it wasnt a fluke...
