    hmm

    since i do
6 sets and 6 reps per exercise and 2-4 exercises depending on the muscle group..

    so, yea.. it depends..

the key is if you can recover, not to injure your joints and/or cns..

you can over train the muscle group while "on" but you need to be eating enough and sleeping enough to grow..

I have found that this is where some people get lost. There is not perfect amount of sets that will work indefinetly! It's very important that you train in cycles by alternating back and forth between a reload (higher volume training cycle) and deload (lower volume training cycle). This is the secret many are in serach of yet some never seem to find!
