    Question How's This Sound?

    Hey guys im just kinda throwing together a workout that i think will work well for me, im 18 6'4" 220lbs about 11%bf.

    I was wondering if this workout would be alright: (Muscles aren't in any order right now)

    Moday: Delts, Tri's, Quad's, Ab's

    Tuesday: Ham's, Trap's, Erectors, Bi's

    Thursday: Peck's, Glutes, Calf's, Obliques

    Friday: Lat's, Ab's, Forearms, Delt's (Light)


    I would really appreciate feedback and any suggestions!

    I don't personally like it at all. List the exercises you'll be doing as well.

    Thats pretty crappy. Try a standard bodybuilding type split. do some research and find a good one.

    well im finishing up my senior year in high school right now and im playing football in college so im in between workouts right now with the one i was doing with my high school and the one i will be doing with my college and i was pretty much just interested in doing a type of workout that will get my ready for the beach this summer 8)
