Should i change my workout if i get on steroids
I am currently training 4 sometimes 5 days a week innormally start my training on chest and tris then following training day legs and abbs then following traing day back and bis then shoulders and neck i am soon going to start a course of sus250 and am willing to train as much as possible to get best results but no i cant over do it, what would be a good way to train anything anyone has to say will help thank you

im 20 years old im about 6 ft i way a bit over 80 kgs iv been training for a while but only properly and more seriously in the last 6 months i bench about 90 kg 3 reps of 8 my goal is to reach 90-100 kgs does that help at all im wiling to train as much as possible to get the best results when i start my course
