    silvio simac

    anybody heard of this guy? think hes natural? if so what do you think his diet would consist of im nearly 2 stone heavier than this guy and same height but he looks huge!

    just did a quick google search on the guy... actor/martial artist

    every pic i found of him he has sweats or pants on.. shows no legs

    my guess would be most of his weight is in his upper body thus looking "huge"

    that fag in the pic isnt silvio, and going off what ive read about him, he does train legs he says but bein a martial artist doeent want them to bulky for obvious reasons he kicks and probably needs them supple.
