I Havent worked out in years, and am really looking too get back into weight's. Im just trying too get everything in order before I start. I have my Workout plan figured out, Still working on diet(sure I can find lots of useful info here in the diet section)... I have all the supplements I should need.

I was thinking of using the workout plan in the Arnold schawnegger body building book.

Workouts will consist of 3sets of 8

    Monday and thursday

    Power training-deadlifts
    Abs

    Tuesday and Friday
    Shoulders
Powertraining-Heavy upright rows & Push presses
    Upper Arms
    Forearms
    Abs

    Wednesday and saterday
    Thighs
    Calves
    Lower Back
Power training- Straight-leg deadlifts & Good Mornings
    Abs

And for supplements, I was going too use

    Preworkout- Ephedrine & caffeine
Post workout- Whey protein / 100% L-glutamine / Bcaa amino Acid

    Welcome to AR

If you are training each bodypart correctly and to failure, ONCE a week is plenty as you need to give each muscle group time to heal after you break it down in the gym

You grow in your sleep, not at the gym

    enjoy your stay here
