    how dose my week look

    monday.

    chest and tris

    tueday.

    back

    thurs.

    shoulders and bis

    friday.

    legs

    would you change any of these muscle groups around?

    cardio everyday apart from sunday.

    LOL.. you just got this from muscle & strength.com?? lol. obviously the split is ok..

    very standard
