    Square up my chest?

    I am trying to make the outline of my chest get bigger and more defined, what chest exercises can I do to accomplish that? Right now I am doing BB Bench, Reverse BB bench, cable cross overs, flys and every other workout ill throw in incline BB bench.

    that's all you need to do bro how is your form it has alot to do with i have better form now and have become more defined

    Hard work will make it bigger, diet and cardio will make it more defined.

    I would suggest you focus MORE on incline movements than falt to really get your chest up.

    Personally, I don't even do Flat Bench anymore.
