    Energy drinks before workout

    I am wondering how many people out there do this? To me it seems crazy especially if you are doing heavy lifts or cardio because your Heart Rate would be pumping through the roof...

    I know when I run ECA I have to take my time because I am sweating nonstop and I can feel my heart racing. I guess I just want your opinions and maybe someone has some medical information about it to prove whether it helps or hinders gains.

    I have always used a pre-workout stimulant. Something ephedra based is my favorite.

    Geranamine 50mg, 150 mg caffeine = lifting every weight in the gym!

    Some Energy Drinks Work Some Do Not. That's the experience i had with them. You just gonna have to try and see how your body reacts on it. It depends on your body all the time.

    Depending on time frame I use NO2 Shotgun or Xtend otherwise nothing.

    i never use pre-workout supps.... all they do is make me short of breath and do nothing for my workouts
