Training while carb cycling (3 day)?

When on a carb cycling diet; 3 day (High, Medium, Low), for the purpose of cutting fat, it's customary to train your largest muscle groups on the High Carb day with great intensity, moderate sized group on the Medium Carb day and then rest on the No Carb day.

Is it counterproductive to train on the No Carb day if you use a smaller muscle group (forearms, traps, shoulders; one of these) and keep your intensity low to moderate? Or maybe just some VERY low intensity cardio?

on my 2 high carb up days i train back and legs respectively.. each has at least one day off preceding.

my rep range is mostly 8 and 12 at 100 percent intensity with some 6 reps in there.

i train 4x weekly and post workout cardio schedule-

low carb workout day-20 min interval training
carb up day1 (back day) -30 min inteval training
low carb workout day-30 min low intensity
carb up day 2 (leg day)-30 min low intensity

I almost always do squats and deads on my carb up days (2x week) and have really been getting some great strength gains.

My macros look like 300g protein/day, cycle my carbs (~380, ~160, ~45), with 20% of my total daily caloric intake coming from fat (mostly essential, 20g fish oil+some flax) 193lb 18% 5'9.5'' natural/cutting

What do you think my training (if any at all) should look like on my No Carb (~45g) days?
