    Rotator cuffs q's

    Hey Guys,
I was curious as to your opinions on the frequency of rotator cuff exercises. Say you do the following:
    Tue - Chest & Bi's
    Thur - Legs & shoulders
    Sat - Back & Tri's
When do you think is the best time to incorporate rc exercises into the mix. I imagine they can be overtrained like any other muscle group, but I don't really know for sure. I've seen some info saying "Do rc work every day you lift." Another says "No more than twice a week." Some say before your workout, some say after.
So I figured I would ask you guys what your experience is and what has worked the best for you. I figure an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...Thanks.

the rotator cuff is in your shoulder ...it is not a muscle , it is the cuff that your arm swings on ...basically with every upper body exercise you do you will use your rotator cuff ...i dont do specific exercises for them
