    Have you ever forced cardio?

As the title says, have you ever forced yourself to do cardio when you were tired?

Tonight I'm really tired(been really stressed the last coupla days). Anyways I try to do HIIT 5-6 times/week. Sounds good no?

But as I mentioned I feel tired. Would you guys say I should go ahead and do cardio anyways, or just listen to my body and put it off for tomorrow?

Also I hate the way that I think. if I miss cardio I always feel so fat, and that I'm a lazy bastard LOL.

Every morning on an empty stomach at 7:30am for 45 minutes. Its rough but i know it pays off in the long run. No pain, No gain. Don't be lazy, just do it and before you know it, its over and done with and now you won't feel fat and you will sleep like a baby.

Nah I was talking bout tonight. I will however do it tomorrow in the morning after 1-2 meals.

Oh btw, you might wanna give HIIT a try. So much better than standard cardio IMHO. plus it's not as boring!

Every cardio session is forced for me ...but I still do it 4-5 time a week. I think it helps to mix it up since it can be pretty boring. I like to add in swimming, hiking, etc.
