HIIT, how many days?
How many HIIT session are recommended/week, and how much is too much?
I'm doing 5-6 HIIT sessions/week at the moment, each lasting 25 minutes.
Macros in my diet are:
Cal:1,900-2,000
Pro:225g
Carb:100g
Fat:70-80g

how exactly are you running the sessions. intervals? only which of i reccomend, i like doing half HIT/ half LI one of them being on my carb up days for 20 minutes.if ytour looking to cut weight

I basically do 1.5 minutes of jogging at 5mph, and then springting for 1 minute at 10mph, if that's what you meant?
Thing I like about HIIT is that studies, I think, have shown it's more effectice at burning fat than regular LI cardio. Also it's much shorter, it's like I start my session, and next thing you know I'm finished.

check your HR when your jogging.. if its HIGHT INTENSITY.. id advise you walk for that minute.. i personally double the time of low/high and do find this more effective at burning fat.
