will using effagine burn muscle? also thanks for helping me change my weight training

1st thing is i want to bulk

after reading alot off you guys ive changed my workout weight training complety and cut my sets alot and doing them slower and i can feel the diffrence ive droped the dumbell weight and done them slower and hold them and squeeze for a second, most people just chuck the weight up to look good but now ive changed it f88k em lol

i was thinking about doing some cardio this tym to burn some bf but at what intensity is best i had great results doing interval training 45mins on treadmill always switching paces and incline ect but wernt trying to bulk at that time.

but talking to the fitness instructors he says low intensity training about 40mins fast walking is that right?

also could i use effergine to do this or will it burn muscle? aswell as muscle?

Ephedrine ? Muscle is fairly durable and won't burn away as quickly as ppl think, however if your diet is shit and you don't eat much protein then you'll slowly wither away, in fact cardio whether it be exercise based or training based will try and eat into tissue before fat.
