I'm confused. I would never/could never workout back and legs in the same day. There is no way I would have enough energy to get a decent workout. One of those body parts would be suffering big time. If you want workout those particular days, you should go..

    Mon - Chest
    Tuesday - Back, traps
    Wednesday - Rest
    Thursday - Arms, shoulders
Friday - Legs (you could do shoulders on this day instead of thursday if you wanted)
    Saturday - Rest
    Sunday - Rest

Do calves, and abs on whatever day you please.

So so true, no offense to the OP but anytime I see someone post a workout schedule saying they work back and legs or anything with legs for that matter I know they are not busting their ass in the gym. As a matter of fact I would say they are not training hard at all.

It depends on your ideas of working out . I work weights 30 to 45 min max . Cardio 20 to 30 minutes . On my way out I see a couple guys still lifting that was lifting when I got there . I don't know if some people wanna lift for 1 or 2 hours . kaptainkeezy04 has lead me to believe less is more when you add intensity .
