No... Firstly when your using gear, water retention is even MORE crucial to muscle growth than when your not in a cycle. If your dehydrating yourself and your muscles... your just essentially counteracting the gear period. Once you PCT the water weight will drop anyways... so I don't see why you'd starve your growth.

    Not saying I don't drink a lot of water..I do....so I don't think I dehydrate myself but....

How is retaining water essential to muscle growth?

    Thanks

When you work out your muscles are literally tearing/ripping apart... Water is forced into them to rebuild those muscles and new ones (hypertrophy & hyperplasia) which is what makes muscle fibers larger...

Basically retaining water is good for a cycle because it keeps a plentiful amount in your muscles... Your body does it to protect itself. After your off the cycle the compounds are no longer in your system and your body naturally gets the water out of your system... So yes you may look a little bloated or have a little water weight during your cycle but trust me it is COMPLETELY necessary. It'll be gone soon afterwards.
