fool around with it this week seeing how your HR recovers... actually up to 2-3 minutes rest during legs is probably mor ebeneficial toward strength and size gains.. i believe ronnie had mentioned this in one of his posts

Ok sounds good.
about to do chest and back today and also want to do abs.
Is it too much to do abs then work back and chest?
I don't do much for abs only 3 sets heavy 8 reps

OK so I did back and chest super sets etc like planned but here's the problem,
My hr stays at about 125-130 even after three minutes. If I walk around or move in anyway it shoots back up to 125-130. I get it down to 110 by laying on the ground and concentrate on calming myself, but as soon as I move to change the weight it is right back up there. I take in no kinds of energy drinks or caffeine or any stimulants. I am on testosterone propionate 75-100 mg ed injections; blood pressure maybe... I think that the reason that my hr is so high is because I am in san diego and it is ****ing hot as hell.
let me know what I should do

if you are able to push out the same amount of weight on set 2 as set 1 i wouldnt worry about it.

Ok so I will just rest for three minutes and try to keep my hr low, but not worry about it too much.
