How many times abs/torso per week?
Hey
How many times should I work my abs each week, for best results?
And how many sets?
Lately I've just started doing 3 sets/day, 4 days a week
Is this too much, too little?
ALSO
How many times a week should I be working my torso?
and how many sets?
Such as being on an incline and lifting a dumbbell held in my hand, using my torso to pull my body upwards (pulling with my left side or with my right side)... or maybe doing those bicycle crunches i see people doing

Once imo, you wouldnt train your bicep 3/4 times aweek..

I've heard that you should train your abs like 4x a week because, according to what I've heard, they heal faster.
I dont know - but how often does everyone else train their abs and torso?

I personally work my Abs 2-3 times/week.
However, I don't really think that abs need to be worked that much, you're BF% is more of a factor wether you are able to see them or not.
