    Hardgainer Steroid Workout Question

    Hey all,
I am a hardgainer, so obviously I cannot use arnold workout and all the pros workouts in the magazines. I had bought Hardginer Project X and it worked out fine for me, however it is designed for natural hardginers. Since I am going to be on first steroid cycle, my question is do I need to:

    1) go back to arnold and other pros exercise programs
    2) or stick with hardgainer program?

I am sure I can now increase my intensity and workout loadwen on cycle. I have searched exercise programs, but I did not find one targeted towards sterioid users who are hard gainers (steroid user who are blessed naturally like pros, I dont think I should user their program). So help me out here, and I woudld appreciate it if you can tell me exercise program for hardgainer doing first roid cycle. I want to gain maximum size by the way. Thanks

    Ok my stats:
    138
    5'8

diet wise, i record one for everyday. Here was one for yesterday:
05:35 am 2 scoop protein shake with milk, bcaa 3g, 2 gluthotione, 2 tblsp MCT

    08:40 am 1 oatmeal, 1 resveratrol, 2 enzymes (natural), 1g glutamine, 1/2 pro pack, 1 bac pill

    12:00 pm 2 fruits, 1 raw egg, 1 banana, 1 enzyme, 1 saw plametto

    02:00 pm 2 bread slices, 4oz beef meat, 2 oz chicken, 1 banana, 1 oj, 1 resveratrol, 2 enzymes, 1g glutamine, 3 pro pack pills, 1 glutathione

    5:35 pm 1 oat meal+milk, 1 fish oil, 1 enzyme, 1 saw plametto

8:45 pm 2 bread slices, 4 oz beef meat, 2 oz chicken, 1 banana, 1 oj, 1 resveratrol, 2 enzymes (natural), 1g glutamine, 2 glutathione

10:30 pm 1 protein shake with water, 1 , 2 flex pil, 1 raw egg

    total:

    total:

    147.75 fat
    3143.34 cal
330 carb (nice! but going too much still)
    259.18 prot (too much protein!)

I started from 125 pounds about 12 weeks ago. I am now going to give my body rest and low intensity workut for next 4 weeks, then go back on high calorie diet, but with roids. Sometimes I get too much of something, like protein, so I would today I used 1 scoop pf protein in the morning, etc to adjust.

With Hardgainer Project x, I am on 10 days workout cycle. Meaning, If I have chest day today, my next chest would be on the 10TH DAY. Giving myself lots of recovery time and concentrating 70% on nutrients. Well let me know the roid workout, thanks....

Another thing, I dont think I should change my diet while on roids? Should I increase to 4,000 or 5000 cal? Let me know that opinion also.

your diet is all out of whack. Include protein in all meals and either have carbs or fats.

I'm really not seeing how you are getting those numbers. With only 12 weeks in the gym you are NOT going to look like bodybuilder in that amount of time. Put in 2-3 years in the gym including staying on the diet etc. So definitely don't cop out on steroids quite yet. You haven't progressed enough or learned enough about your body on how it responds to certain training and diets.

Don't be a weakling on steroids. Achieve a respectable weight and strength naturally then go from there

What does 1 oatmeal, 2 enzymes, 2 fruits. etc, mean? And how did you come up with the protien and and carb totals? Don't like your diet at all. Your first stop needs to be the diet section imo.

    1 oatmeal=1 oatmeal pack
    2 fruits=2 pre-packed mixed fruit packs from del-monte
2 enzyme=digestive aid pills, helps you digest food faster and more protein and carb are absorbed in your body.

I calculated by weighing, or reading package (in case of milk, oatmeal, etc)

    I am 32 BTW.

^^^^ that right there, sorry my man i have been logged off since i asked for your stats but Reed put it best, you need to go to diet forum get a diet down that will enable you to reach your goals then put time into the gym. im not sure about this hardgainer routine your talking about,i have done all kinds of training routines but 10 days to rest a bodypart would be to much for me,right now i work each bodypart once every 7 days.

This is great advice from Reed!

Also, the term hard gainer has been misued in the bodybuilding community. It's been my experience that easy- gainers will make better gains than hard-gainers from any training program. It does not mater whether it's low volume, medium volume or high volume!!!

Please do not fall for these so-called hard gainer routines because the majority of us have to train in a similar fashion to make maximum progress. This means super low volume is out for everyone (including hard gainers) wanting to maximize their genetic potential in muscle size.

Smart man, it will serve you well in the future. I waited a long while before I started and was able to surpass most around me that were on. I achieved what I originally set out to do without drugs but I became interested in competitive bodybuilding.

Good luck with your goals and strong work ethic along with a smart training routine and diet will go a long way
