Working out my heart without losing fat.
I was just curious, I want to work out my heart without losing fat, When would be the best time to do such a thing. I was thinking a good sprint after my workout for about 5-10 minutes could do the job. Getting my heartrate high around 160- 180 for short bursts. 28 years old and an ectomorph. Any suggestions?
