    Markus Ruhl benching style

I just saw one of his videos, and he does partial bench presses.
    I've never tried that.

However, I Have tried lowering the bar to below my chest (my ribs) and above my pecs. Milo Sarcev's vdo tells you what that's for (lower pecs, upper pecs if you have no other equipment)

Anyway, I've never tried it. It seems to me that it's a good plateau breaker, like the smith machine is, by allowing you to use more weight.
    Any1 have an opinion?

It's obvious, but do you have a spotter or a workout partner to help you?

I'm always suspect to some of Milos training techniques. Ruhl always trains heavy, inclines, flat, etc.. and it shows in his sick chest thickness especially upper chest, but also has shown in his past chest injury. Each person is different, remeber you want to feel the muscle your working and isolate it as much as possible. Some times when your doing those super full range of motion your involving many other muscles.

We don't have genetics like them so we can't really compare ourselves to them. ronnie does partials too...
I have done them but find Milos' techniques to be much much better.
