cardio
My friend and I have this debate going on about doing swimming for cardio. He seems to think that swiming is not the same as something like running or biking. He doesnt think you can gain muscle if your swiming. I think this is the only way to get him to believe me. So is it the same or not? sorry for the stupid question. lol

I think that swimming stresses your muscles more than other kinds of cardio; however it doesn't mean that you'll build mass, but in that you'll make slower your recovery from lifting routines.

You could sit at your computer chair and swing your arms and kick your legs like a crazy person for 45 mins straight and get the same result.
I like to jog outside, bball, treadmill or stairmaster
