Definition Time
Hello everyone, After my cycle (SARMs S4) I want to work on definition, should I do lighter weights with high reps or stay with my current heavy weights? I am still on diet and cardio, and like to maintain as much muscle as possible. I don’t mind not gaining muscles but don’t want to loose what I have gained.
BTW, my current nutrients intake is,
Protein, 1.5 grams per pound of body weight
carbs, 200 mg
Fat, 50 or less including fish oil
fruits and veggiesLast edited by bass; 10-07-2009 at 04:35 PM.

Lighter weights wont help with definition. IMHO using light weight while cutting is a great recipe for losing muscle. Now more than ever you want to stay heavy. Let the diet and cardio work on getting you lean and keep the training as heavy as possible. (with proper form of course). "What built the muscle is what keeps the muscle"
