Looking for some guidance
Looking for a trainer in the central PA region to help with workouts/diet etc. Anyone willing to make a few extra bucks let me know. Sorry this is so light on details, but I am close to starting from scratch. I have worked out for about a year using some otc suppliments and weight gainers. I still can't seem to gain any weight. I am 33, 5'10 145 lbs. I currently find myself (finally) with a schedule that would allow me to properly diet and work out at the appropriate times during the day. I am looking for someone that can guide me in the proper direction in gaining some serious mass (w/ or w/o juice). Even if you aren't the one to help if anyone could guide me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
