    Shoulder Pain

For the past 2 weeks my shoulders have been killing me.
Mostly really stiff and joint pain. They loosen up throughout the day
but in the morning and at night man are the sore can barely move in the morning.
    What can I do.
    Been stretching alot..

Im in the same position. I suffered a shoulder injury a couple years ago, had to get surgery and its been sore since. I try to use dumbbells more than i would use the bar no matter what im working out. I've noticed for me that using dumbbells is a lot easier on the shoulder. Not sure what the cause of your shoulder pain is but obviously dont train to heavy for now, it should loose up.

Damn, I bet u sleep well. I reinjured my shoulder as well a few day ago. I'll be going back to dumbs and running away from The bars. I knew they were bad for me but I just can't seem to comprehend that

Over the years that has done NOTHING for me and I even took MSN in high doses. I have tried most all the joint compound. I found one thing that helped from day one.

Get some DMSO jell. You can find it at most high end health food stores. I use the one with Aloe mixed in.

Mine was beyond sore. The docs wanted to cut on it and MRI showed a small tear but I dont want cut and the DMSO helps a LOT.
