Workout Routine-Diet-Supplement Combo.
Ok this is my routine. Usually start with a 10min cardio warm up, most days include abs as well. 8 reps 4 machines/Exercises/body part.
Monday Chest
Tuesday Back & Cardio
Wednesday Legs
Thursday Bi-Tris & Cardio
Friday Shoulders
Saturday Cardio
*********************Meals************************ ********
3 eggwhites, slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, juice.
Sweet potatoes
Tuna with 8 crackers juice
Bowl of Shrimp Soup, slice of wheat bread and juice.
Chicken with Veggies
Bowl of Cereal
Banana with Protein Bar
Bowl of Fish Soup Sometimes instead of Shrimp Soup

Alri N'Gorge
Gaspari Plasma Jet

You are very close to my split but Personally i think my way is better for getting most rest out of your secondary muscles. Check my post. Just did it....."training critque please" its like 3-4 one down.
Diet needs work...Hit the diet forum they know their shit!
Only other thing, is i used to take the no gorge, I used to loved that stuff!
Alri used to be a great company, but they have had to change their structures on most of their products due to the fda OR WHATEVER. I stopped taking it after i heard that. Their fat burner was incridible!

17% to 23% bf
The reason i am not sure about BF is cause the first time i tested month a half ago it showed 23 now this past week i tested again and showed 17. I mainly want to loose fat and get some muscles going. Thanks.
