    time to change my workout routine,

    been on this routine for 3 years now want to change things around what you think?

    mon- chest
    3 sets flat barbell benchpress
    3 sets decline barbell benchpress
    3 sets incline dumbells

    tues- bies
    3 sets hammer curls dumbells
    3 sets standing curls dumbells
    3 sets barbell curls

    wed- back
    3 sets side strugs
    3 sets front barbell strugs
    3 sets rear barbell strugs
    3 sets bent over rows
    3 sets seated rows

    thurs- shoulders
    3 sets upright wide grip rowa
    3 sets side raises
    3 sets front raises
    2 sets arnold db press

    fri- tries
    3 sets skull crushers
    3 sets close grip bp
    3 sets weighted dips

    sat legs

    sun off.

    why not try a 5 day split and have 2 days rest?.....this is my favourite and im doing at the min...

    Back/Abs
    Chest
    Legs
    Shoulders/Traps
    Arms/Abs

    just an idea of many.....everyone has a favourite and no doubt youl see everyone elses opinions.....

    So you haven't trained legs for the past 3 years and haven't done squats, deadlifts and benchpress?

    sorry ye its legs on sat. no dont do deads and that coz i have a bad back, so got to work round it.

    what you guys think of my sets and workouts?

    ye do benchpress its on the chest day at top.

    That's alot of shruggin on back day and I don't see and pulldowns or pull ups??

    i do my workouts at home now so dont have anythin to do pulldowns or pull ups on..

    you might change your routine more often then every 3 years it will help you grow more. I'm getting ready to change my routine after 8weeks because body is getting use to doing the samething. I was increasing weight every 2 weeks but now time to change it up a bit. Another thing is you might change the days you do back and bi's so that you can give the muscle a rest. Both of these are pulling motions and you will use bi's to do both so off set those workouts.
